How to proceed when returning goods?

1. Submit the completed form.
2. It is best to store undamaged, unused goods in the original packaging in the original transport packaging and send it back to the address of the company's registered office: BIKESTOCK s.r.o., Řetůvka 129, Řetůvka, 56141.
3. After receiving the goods and their subsequent inspection, the amount for the returned goods will be sent to the bank account number specified in this form, no later than within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
